Cops: Man Found Semi-Conscious, On Heroin
Jefferson man charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
A township man was found on Schwarz Boulevard semi-conscious and believed to be under the influence of heroin, Jefferson Township Police said.
Brandon Stracco, 21, was charged July 2 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, which police said was heroin.
The Jefferson Rescue Squad and MICU responded and took Stracco to St. Clare’s in Dover.
