So, we hear there's some big game this weekend...football, maybe? With some team from around here in it?

Seriously, before the big game on Sunday, you'll need some other things to do. Let us help you find them.

Knitting Circle
When/Where: Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Jefferson Township Public Library
Why Go: Because you can make something fun for yourself or work on a project to be donated to someone in need.
Cost: Free

Songs from Glee
When/Where: Saturday at 9 a.m. at  All Children's Theatre,  1180 Route 46, Parsippany
Why Go: Because there are few things more life-affirming than giving kids the chance to sing Journey songs as a chorus
Cost: $275 for a five-week session ending March 3

Crossroads Divorce Support Group
When/Where: Sunday at 7 p.m. at St. Peter the Apostle Church, 179 Baldwin Road, Parsippany
Why Go: To learn how to let go and move forward with dignity, peace and love Cost: Free

Paquito D'Riviera
When/Where: Friday, 8 p.m. at Mayo Performing Arts Center, Morristown
Why Go: You like cool jazz, Latin and classical sax and clarinet from a master of the craft.
Cost: $37 to $67 

Saturday Morning Bike Ride
When/Where: Saturday, 8 a.m. from Marty's Reliable Cycle, Morristown
Why Go: You refuse to take the winter off from your training regimen.
Cost: Free

Family Photo Scavenger Hunt
When/Where: Saturday, 9 a.m. at Frelinghuysen Arboretum, Morris Township
Why Go: You want to enjoy nature and have an adventure in a beautiful place.
Cost: $10

Comedy Night
When/Where: Saturday, 8 p.m. at Morristown Jewish Center - Beit Yisrael
Why Go: Three professional comedians, dessert, coffee and tea makes for a nice night out.
Cost: $36

The Super Sunday 4-Miler
When/Where: Sunday, 11:30 a.m. from 31 South St., Morristown
Why Go: Before you plop in front of the tube for the Super Bowl, put on your running shoes and join 1,000 other runners for this inaugural event.
Cost: $30

Meow-Wow 2012 Cat Show
When/Where: Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the 4-H Center on Milltown Road in Bridgewater.
Why Go: Because who doesn't love cute kittens? Check out the Whiskers, Paws & Claws with the 4-H Club as the top felines compete in the Meow-Wow Cat Show.

Cost: $2

Carol's Creative Chocolatez
When/Where: Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Bridgewater Township Library.

Why Go: There is nothing better than a little bit of chocolate. Come out to learn about the candy, taste samples and look at some award-winning edible chocolate paintings.

Cost: Free, but registration is required by either caling 908-526-4016, ext. 105, or visiting the Adult Reference Desk.

NJ Camp Fairs
When/Where: Sunday at 12 p.m. at the Bridgewater Marriott .
Why Go: Because there are so many camps to choose from, and we could all use a little help. Camp directors will be on hand to give free DVDs about the programs, free brochures, possible jobs and other giveaways. There will be many different camps represented, including day, overnight, adventure, computer, special interest, baseball, soccer and others. "The Lost Patrol" at Architekt
When/Where: Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at Architekt  in Butler
Why Go: To catch a live performance of the band most well-known for songs featured on the CW hit show Gossip Girl and new television show Chronicle.

Cost: $12

Children's Hour
When/Where: Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Bloomingdale Free Public Library
Why Go: Children can hear stories, do crafts, play games and more.

Cost: Free 

Zumba
When/Where: Thursday at 7 p.m. at 69 Carey Avenue, Butler

Why Go: To burn some calories and learn some latin moves.

Cost: $10 for drop-ins 

Live Electro & Hip-Hop Party
Where/When: At St. Jude's Church at 7 p.m. Friday
Why Go: Because you love hip-hop and want to see Hopatcong's own "The Butcher."
Cost: $6

Men's Sharing Group
Where/When: At St. Jude's Church at 7:30 a.m. Saturday.
Why Go: Because if you're a man and you've got something to get off your chest, here's where to do it.

Cost: Free.

FrostKings Perform at the Madison Public Library
Where/When: Saturday at 1 p.m., Madison Public Library, 39 Keep St.
Why Go: Because you can't get enough North Jersey swing, R & B, and blues.
Cost: Free

Grace Counseling Center's Annual Gala
When/Where: 5 p.m. Saturday at Drew University, 36 Madison Ave.
Why Go: A weekend wine-tasting to benefit Grace's community services.
Cost: $85 per person

Year of the Dragon
When/Where: Sunday at 2 p.m. at Museum of Early Trades & Crafts, 9 Main St,
Why Go: To ring in the Year of the Dragon!
Cost: $3 for participants.

Marvin's Room 
When/Where: Friday and Saturday, 8 p.m., The Barn Theatre, 32 Skyline Drive, Montville.
Why Go: It's your last chance to see Scott McPherson's play about a family's experience dealing with illness.
Cost: $15. Tickets can be ordered by calling 973-334-9320. The box office is staffed every Saturday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. For more information visit BarnTheatre.org.

Presentation and Book Signing by Psychic Medium Concetta Bertoldi
When/Where: Sunday, 2 p.m., Senior House, 356 Main Road, Montville
Why Go: Because you've often wondered "Do Dead People Watch You Shower?" and "Do Dead People Walk Their Dogs?" (the titles of Bertoldi's two books)
