Richard R. Martin was installed as a firefighter for Jefferson Township Fire Company No. 1 at last week’s township council meeting. Company No. 1 chief Jerry Brown was on hand to welcome Martin to the company.

Martin’s father, Ed, held the bible for his son during his swearing in.
