While I didn't know Steve well, he was an avid supporter of the soccer team on which his son Nick and my son Robby play together. He will be missed by many. Our thoughts are with his family.

It's very hard for me to say goodbye to such an old friend. I knew Steve for over 35 years and I am grateful that I had the privilege of calling him my friend. He was truly loved by those who knew him, and always brought joy and laughter into any room he entered.
He was a kind, caring and honest man who be missed by many. The world would be a much better place if we had more people like Steve.
