You might wonder why we’re running photos of a wall. Several readers have mentioned this wall to us, and we were so curious we had to check it out.
If you drive down Route 15 South, just past Texas Smoke Restaurant, you’ll see the wall. It runs along several pieces of what appears to be private property on the highway. It’s attractive, and we would like to know more about it.
Who designed it? Who built it? Why was it built?

Good reporting.
As the reporter, maybe stop by the location or call the business that the wall runs across and ask a few questions. That way you can provide some information to the reader.

The wall appears to run across private property, as several houses can be seen behind it. i don't believe the wall belongs to a business.
