Jefferson Youth Lacrosse is holding their 6th Annual LAXFEST Fundraiser on Saturday, May 12, 2012. Come out and support the program and all the players. The teams range from 3rd grade thru 8th grade, both boys & girls. There will be food available throughout the day ranging from taylor ham & egg on a bagel, to burgers, dogs, chili, etc. There will be vendors there as well, Universal Lacrosse-selling lacrosse gear; YOLO (You Only Live Once) selling girls lacrosse wear; F8 Sports Media Photography. If you are a vendor and would like to have a space, please contact 973-874-0231 or smerz@optonline.net (you would need to bring your own table & canopy).
This is an all day event to bring the game of lacrosse to the town so everyone can see 'The Fastest Game On Two Feet' that is based on sportsmanship & love of the game!!!
We kick off with our first game at 10am, then continue through the day with each level playing, concluding @ 8pm. All games will be played on Lakeside Field (turf).

More About Lakeside Field
The Lakeside Field sports complex boasts a variety of fields. A turf field serves as the home field for the town's football, soccer and lacrosse programs. There are also two baseball fields for Little League major and minor league teams, a softball field and a playground. The complex offers Fifth Base, a snack stand and restrooms.
