Culinary Corps Food Tasting - proceeds give children Summer Camp experience
The Salvation Army Dover Corps Presents its First Annual Culinary Corps- Food Tasting Extravaganza
West Morris County, NJ –The Salvation Army Dover Corps serving all of West Morris County will hold its’ first annual Food Tasting event on Thursday evening, May 22nd at 6:00 PM at The Skylands on Route 10 in Randolph, NJ. Come begin the evening by perusing the silent auction and listening to “New Horizons” 30 piece band that will entertain guests with big band music including best of the Beatles, Swing, easy listening and a Bohemian Rhapsody medley. Throughout the evening Savor the Flavor by sampling delicious appetizers, entrees and desserts by some of Morris County’s best restaurants like Anthony & Sons Bakery, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chand Palace, Corner Pub & Eatery, Fresco Mexican, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Lemongrass, The Sweet Spot Bake Shoppe & Taste just to name a few and enjoy a 45 minute live jazz band set.

The evening will end with a dessert buffet, two special “Lifetime Member” awards and a short presentation on The Salvation Army Dover Corps six week onsite summer day camp and The Salvation Army’s overnight Camp – Camp Tecumseh. Camp Tecumseh is located in Hunterdon County on 400 acres. Proceeds from the evening will go to support these camps where eighty Morris County children will benefit from them.
