Music and Tricky Trays Coming Up This Week

Here's what's happening in Jefferson this week.

It’s the start of another busy week in J-Town. There are so many things to do that we thought we’d make you a list, so you can just check here and plan out your whole week. See, aren’t we nice?

BILY Support Group: If you’re having trouble with your teenager’s behavior, this is the group to go to for support. It meets tonight at 7 p.m. at the Board of Education office.

Community Chorus Rehearsal: If you like to sing, and you’re into an early start for Christmas music, then you need to be at the Jefferson Township Middle School on Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. for rehearsal for the Jefferson Community Chorus. Curriculum Night: Come and find out all the things your preschooler is learning at Bright Horizons at Oak Ridge on Wednesday night at 7 p.m.

Troop 49 Parents’ Club Tricky Tray: Come out and support Boy Scout Troop 49 and maybe win some prizes on Friday night at 6 at the American Legion in Oak Ridge. Admission of $10 gets you a sheet of regular tickets, dessert and coffee.

Class of 2013 Tricky Tray: You can also hit the high school for the senior class tricky tray on Friday night at 6 p.m. Admission of $20 gets you 5 sheets of tickets, coffee and dessert.

Live Music with Peter Biedermann: You can hear him play on Friday night at 7 p.m. at the Jefferson Township Public Library. Biedermann plays a variety of 6, 8 and 12 string guitars and covers a variety of genres. Admission is free.
