This little spot right off of route 15 is a prime piece of real estate set behind the Jefferson Diner. The benefit of the location is it can capitalize on all of the commuter traffic that chugs through on a daily basis.
The downside is the serpentine string of one ways roads one must navigate to get in and out of the surrounding lots.
