What Should Replace The Maestro?

Restaurant lasted about two years in its location along Route 206.

The Maestro 206 closed its doors earlier this year after opening in 2010.

This spot, which previously housed another restaurant, Cocola, is considered by some to be a difficult location along Route 206 to attract consistent patrons.

What do you think? Should another restaurant open in this space? What would you like to see come here?

Tell us your thoughts in the comments.

The other reason Sonic didn't open in town was because of the neighbors in the back that didn't want "IT IN MY BACKYARD"..anyway, Trader Joe's a definite would be great where Cost Cutters was, how about Cracker Barrel next to Ash's where Packard's used to be and put Sonic where Columbia Lumber used to be on the corner of Old Camplain Rd & 206 before the bridge...those are are alot of good places mentioned to go in where the Maestro was...when I was in High School here some 30 yrs. ago there was always talk that there should be a bowling alley, so something to do with sports or any recreation would be great. Dave & Buster's usually doesn't have a bowling alley in it except for the one in Franklin Mills because it was a Jillian's before that.

Any businesses that are built by Ash Flower Farms or the Columbia Lumber lot are going to have a terrible traffic hazard from cars traveling southbound on 206, trying to turn left (no room for a left turn lane). Even worse would be exiting the parking lots to go south on 206. Ever go to Ash Farms or Lora's Gas and try to cross a lane to go the other way, with traffic jammed up between Brown and Camplain? It's bad.

A sports themed building would be great where Kmart stood for 30 years but that landlord has let the adjacent space sit empty for mearly 15 years so doubt he will be aggressive in filling up that hole.
