Coach/Vera Bradley Raffle Event - SOLD OUT!

Jefferson Arts Committee's 11/4 Coach-Vera Bradley raffle event at JTHS is SOLD OUT!  So sorry but no one without a reservation will be admitted.  No walk-in's!

 

            On Friday, November 4, you are invited to join the Jefferson Arts Committee in an exciting fundraiser event featuring the beautiful and popular designer Coach handbags and Vera Bradley handbags.  The event will be held in the cafeteria of the Jefferson Township High School
located at 1010 Weldon Road in Milton/Oak Ridge.

            The doors for this event will open at 5:30 pm with calling to begin promptly at 6:45 pm.  Please note the change of times from the original press release!

            Admission is $20 for 20 games  -- you will receive three game sheets for each game -- that's three chances each game to win a brand new beautiful Coach or Vera Bradley handbag!  Additional double game sheets can be purchased - bring or purchase your own ink dabber that night.  There will be a consolation prize in the event of a tie game.

            In addition, there will be three exciting Specials – two Vera Bradley travel collections - one in Slate Blooms (5 pieces) and the other in Plum Petals  (4 pieces); and a Coach handbag with 3 accessory pieces - Multi Stripe design. 

            There will also be a Tricky Tray with gifts every woman would love including Vera Bradley and Coach accessories, gift cards & certificates, Yankee candles, and colognes/perfumes!

            Reservations are strongly suggested as seating is limited. You can print out a reservation form at www.jeffersonarts.org , and then click on "Special Features" in the upper right-hand corner of the page to access the PDF file.  You can contact Chairperson Renee at 973-697-4840 or email artscommittee@jeffersonarts.org for a reservation form.  Official reservation forms will also be located in the display racks of the Jefferson Township Municipal Building, the Jefferson Township Public Library, and the Recreation office at Camp Jefferson for your convenience as well. Mail in your reservation and admission by October 21 to be eligible for a special early bird raffle drawing.  No one under the age of 18 will be admitted, and tables for up to six people can be reserved.

            The Jefferson Arts Committee will be offering for sale soup and sandwiches for a light dinner, soda and water.  There will be complimentary coffee/tea and one complimentary dessert per person.   

           Proceeds from this event will help fund Jefferson Arts Committee events including Christmas in the Village on December 3, Jefferson Township Day 2012 on July 14, the ongoing Student Artists of the Month program, concerts, special events, summer gazebo concerts and other cultural events, the committee’s scholarship fund as well as help support the operation of the committee’s sub-groups – the Jefferson Community Band, the Jefferson Community Chorus, the Gazebo Committee, and the Jefferson Community Players.
