Town Council Meets Wednesday

The Jefferson Township Council will next meet on Wednesday at 6 p.m. at town hall. Check back this week to see what was discussed.

BOE Meets Monday

The Jefferson Board of Education will have their last meeting before the new year on Monday at 8 p.m.

Author Gives Free Health Seminar at Curves

Author Jennifer Tuma-Young is coming to Curves Jefferson Township on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. for a complimentary Health Seminar while on tour for her book called the Balance Book.  Tuma-Young will give her 7-step program for how to make a true-life change, while telling stories and giving tips for how to live a healthy life.

Registration For Adult Core Exercise Program Begins

Residents can register for the recreation department high energy, low-impact adult strength training exercise program that will run for nine weeks beginning on Jan. 8. All participants must pre-register through the Jefferson Township Recreation Department located at Camp Jefferson.

Students Perform in Holiday Concert

Jefferson Township High School students will peform in the annual Winter Choral Concert on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Holiday Break Begins

All Jefferson students will have an early dismissal on Friday for holiday break and return to school Jan. 2.
