Gardeners Gather For George Chamberlain House
Museum Garden Club of Jefferson takes on the gardens surrounding the Jefferson Township Museum.
The Museum Garden Club of Jefferson is looking for those with a green thumb to chip in and volunteer their skills as they work to develop and maintain the gardens surrounding the Jefferson Township Museum, also known as the George Chamberlain House.
Their next scheduled meeting, Feb. 12 in the Riker Room of the Jefferson Township Library, Weldon Road, Jefferson, at 7:00 p.m, will be open to new recruits and gardeners of all skill levels are welcome to join.
Activities include an annual plant sale, the Gardens of Jefferson Tour, and Museum Christmas. Anyone interested in joining the organization is encouraged to attend this meeting.
