Sonny Gorzala, 21, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday in State Superior Court to allegations of being on heroin when he crashed into two cars, killing one woman and injuring another earlier this month in West Milford.

Dog Payment Made 2 Days After Deadline

The Jefferson couple who missed their first deadline on Tuesday to pay the township for housing their dogs paid the money on Thursday. Last month, the Kolbs agreed with the township to pay the money and put their case on hold that could put the dogs at risk for euthanization if the court ruled to forfeit them.
