Tai Chi NJ School Visiting Hours

Internal Gardens School of Classical Tai Chi NJ holds visitor hours on various Thursday evenings and Saturday late mornings.  To register, click "How to Join Our School" from our visitor's website: http://www.NJTaiChiClasses.com. All visitors must register and sign the waiver.  Try out up to 4 sessions.  This is a school of traditional, classical tai chi chuan.  Everyone, regardless of level of experience or physical ability is welcome here!  Visit us to see if tai chi is maybe the thing you have been searching for.
