Jefferson Township hosts an Evening Free Dog Rabies Clinic Monday, Nov. 4, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The event will take place at the Municipal Pound, 57 Minninsink Road in Lake Hopatcong.
All dogs are to be brought to the clinic leashed and/or tethered and accompanied by a responsible adult.
By the way, the pound is always looking for donations to help its furry friends. Contributions of canned and dry food for cats, kitty litter, towels and blankets, cleaning supplies, bleach, antibacterial hand soap, disinfecting wipes, small paper plates, paper towels and cash donations for veterinary care.
