Young Rockers to Rock Out on Jefferson Township Day!

As always, there will be continuous live entertainment this July 13 during the 27th annual Jefferson Township Day event at the Jefferson Township High School field at 1010 Weldon Road in Oak Ridge.  But holding true to its commitment to address the needs of the young people of the township, the Jefferson Arts Committee is proud to present several young adult Jefferson Township-based solosits and bands who will be playing the music that their peers as well as many adults enjoy listening to on the stage located under a white tent on the field of the high school.

The Young Rocker performers scheduled to play to date beginning at 2 pm include The Foster Children, Mike Russo solo (of East Coast Blackout), The Sunset Limited, The Dirty Thirties, Shoots & Ladders, The Argyles, Greg Lemaire Solo, The Gladiators of 2037, Lights Over Stockholm, and  the last performance at 6:30 pm by Enthrall.

So, be sure to stop by to hear some talented young musicians perform the music that they want to share.

Great fun awaits everyone this year!  Information about all the day’s and evening’s events is available at www.jeffersonarts.org, artscommittee@jeffersonarts.org, or by calling 973-697-2032 or 697-3828.  Find the Jefferson Arts Committee on Facebook.
