Morris County Support Group Offers Free Job Search Classes

Series of five classes will cover the latest techniques to assist job seekers during their search for employment.

The Professional Support Group of Morris County rolls out a revamped curriculum Feb. 5 to teach job seekers to use tools to help them find work.

From dealing with job loss to résumé writing to networking and interviewing, the series of five classes will cover the latest techniques to assist job seekers during their search for employment.

There is no charge to attend the classes, which will begin run from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Parsippany Library.  Pre-registration is not necessary, and the room opens at 11 a.m. for networking.

PSGMC is a nonprofit organization of volunteers dedicated to helping unemployed people develop the skills they need to navigate today’s employment environment and re-enter the workforce. Residents of Morris County and surrounding areas are welcome to attend.

The Parsippany Library is located at 449 Halsey Road in Parsippany-Troy Hills.
