An accident on Route 15 North near the intersection of Edison Road resulted in an overturned car Monday night, according to Jefferson Township police.
Cody Curatolo, 20, of Jefferson Township, was traveling in the right lane at about 9:30 p.m. when a vehicle operated by David Rittenhouse, 55, of Monmouth Junction, traveling in the middle lane, veered into the right lane, Jefferson Township police said. That caused Curatolo's vehicle to swerve and strike a curb, causing the vehicle to overturn, police said.
Rittenhouse was issued a summons for failure to maintain his lane of travel.

Police added that while minor injuries were reported, no ambulance was requested at the scene.
