DWI Charge After Crash, Drug Charge After Stop
The following information was supplied by the Jefferson Township police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
A Jefferson Township man was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated after he lost control of his Harley Davidson motorcycle while negotiating a curve on a Route 15 on-ramp, police said.
Police determined Michael Rosenski, 32, was possibly intoxicated and arrested him, police said. He was taken to St. Clare’s Hospital for moderate injuries and later released. He was issued a summons for allegedly driving while intoxicated, police said.
Also, Ashleigh Fairfax, 19, of Jefferson Township. was arrested at scene of a motor vehicle stop on Dover-Milton Road and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and paraphernalia, police said. She was later released pending a municipal court appearance.
