A group of Jefferson middle-schoolers will join state Attorney General Jeffrey Chiesa in speaking about human trafficking on Friday.
Chiesa and the New Jersey Human Trafficking Task Force will sponsor "Human Trafficking Awareness Day" and educate the public on the subject. Chiesa will talk about efforts the state has made to stop human trafficking.
Jefferson Middle School students involved in Project Stay Gold will join Chiesa with a presentation.
The event will be held Friday from noon to 1:30 p.m., with the students' presentation at 12:55 p.m., at the New Jersey House Annex in Trenton. Following the students, another presentation, "Looking Ahead: Super Bowl 2014, Anti-Human Trafficking Efforts," will be made.
