Jefferson Police Looking For Accident Witnesses
Police are investigating April 4 crash on Espanong Road.
Jefferson police are looking for witnesses to a motor vehicle accident that occured at approximately 8:21 a.m. on the morning of April 4.
According to Capt. Eric Wilsusen the crash occurred at the intersection of Espanong Road and Nolan’s Point Road.
61-year-old Lake Hopatcong resident Edward Yannetti was traveling east on Espanong Road when he crossed over the double yellow line and struck the vehicle of 64-yars-old Sharon Cuttler of Wharton, Wilsusen said.

According to Wilsusen, both Yannetti and Cuttler were transported to Morristown Medical Center for treatment.
The matter is still under investigation by Detective Stephen Muller. Any witnesses to this incident should contact Mulller at 973.208.6159, Wilsusen said.
