Maximum Bail Set for Man Accused of Killing Woman With Car

Philip Cise, of Dover, now awaits trial in Pennyslvania for charges he faces from the fatal accident that claimed the life of Paramus' Gabrielle Reuveni. Among other crimes, authorities said he stole a truck in Jefferson in 2012.

Philip Cise, the man accused of killing Paramus' Gabrielle Reuveni with his vehicle last summer, is being held on $250,000 bail, the maximum amount, in a Pennyslvania jail while he awaits trial, according to a NorthJersey.com report.

Cise, a former Long Valley resident currently residing in Dover, faces vehicular homicide charges in the fatal accident that claimed the life of 20-year old Reuveni last July. The vehicular homicide charge is one of several charges against Cise after authorities said he committed several crimes in Morris County between 2008 and 2012, including wielding an axe at a customer of the Rockaway McDonald's after demanding free food; stealing a pick-up truck in Jefferson in July 2012; and stealing $20,000 from the county by claiming to have been injured in a crash involving a county-owned vehicle in 2008.

Authorities alleged that Cise was driving the Chevy pickup truck which struck Reuveni as she was jogging in the Poconos while on vacation last summer.
