Police: Driver Was Asleep at the Wheel, Had Pot
The following arrest information was supplied by the Jefferson Township police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A driver was apparently asleep behind the wheel of a car at the traffic light at Route 15 and Berkshire Valley Road on Feb. 1, police said.
They investigated and found Devon Wilhelm, 18, of Jefferson Township at the wheel of the car. He was arrested and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana.
Wilhelm was released pending a municipal court appearance.
