Police: Pair Used Forged Scripts to Get Drugs
The following arrest information was supplied by the Hopatcong police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Police arrested George Gergatsoulis, 20 of Florida and Nicole Travers, 24 of Jefferson on charges of using forged prescriptions to obtain pain medicines from the A&P Pharmacy. The arrest came on Nov. 3 after an an extensive investigation, police said.
Bail was set at $25,000 for each. Both were charged with forgery, Travers was additionally charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Gergatsoulis was lodged in Morris County Correctional Facility. Travers was turned over to the Morris County Prosecutors Office Fugitive Unit on a no bail warrant from Morris County.
