Police: Possible OD in McDonald's Bathroom
The following information was supplied by the Jefferson Township police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A man was found unconscious in the rest room of the on Berkshire Valley Road on May 3, police said.
A McDonald's employee found Ryan Devito, 21 of Jefferson Township on the rest room floor, police said. Devito was transported to the hospital. Police said they later found him to be in possession of suspected heroin and paraphernalia. Police arrested Devito and charged him with possession of suspected heroin and paraphernalia.
