SUV Sought in Hit-and-Run That Injured Man, Girl, 12
Passaic County man and motorcycle passenger airlifted after struck by Chevy Suburban on I-80.
Authorities are looking for a silver SUV with North Carolina license plates in connection with a hit-and-run accident that injured a Passaic County man and 12-year-old girl who were riding a motorcycle on Interstate 80 in Roxbury Sunday morning.
Stephen Seda, 47, of Haskell, and his 12-year-old passenger were airlifted to Morristown Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, according to New Jersey State Trooper Christopher Kay.
A silver Chevy Suburban struck the motorcycle, causing it to overturn, near mile-marker 31.3 on I-80 westbound in Roxbury Sunday shortly after 9 a.m., Kay said.

Witnesses told police the Chevy, driven by a black male, fled the scene after the accident, Kay said. Witnesses said the SUV had a North Carolina license plate of AFR3567, Kay said.
