Jefferson Man Drove Drunk With 3 Kids in Car, Police Say
George Breen has been charged with DWI and child endangerment.
A township man was arrested Friday night after driving drunk with three children in the vehicle, Jefferson Police said.
George Breen, 48, was charged with driving while intoxicated and child endangerment after he was stopped by Detective Rich Geib on Berkshire Valley Road for failing to yield, according to a police department statement.
The detective noted that Breen's three children were passengers in the vehicle and determined that Breen was intoxicated while driving, the report said.
Breen was released pending a Municipal Court appearance, police said.
