Incumbents to be Sworn in for 4th Terms on Council

Jefferson holds annual reorganization meeting Wednesday night.

The Jefferson Town Council will hold its annual reorganization meeting Wednesday night.

The meeting, which will begin at 7 p.m., will include the swearing in of incumbents Richard W. Yocum, Robert Birmingham and Jay Dunham. The trio ran unopposed in November's election to each earn a fourh term on the council.

A council president will also be named as well as mayoral and council appointments.

The Jefferson Board of Education will hold its reorganization meeting Thursday at the board offices at 7 p.m.
