On Saturday July 19th, the Saffin Pond Pioneers hosted the Roxbury Racers for the seventh meet of the 2014 NJRLL season. Despite the daunting task of swimming against the Roxbury Racers, one of the largest and most powerful teams in the league, Saffin Pond impressed all with 18 first, 12 second and 18 third place finishes. Not an easy task when facing such a formidable opponent.
