The County College of Morris will host the “De-Stress Fest” mental health fair on Oct. 4 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
At the fair, eight dimensions of wellness — emotional, financial, spiritual, occupational, physical, intellectual, social and environmental — will be addressed. Activities throughout the day will include a drum circle, chair massages, meditation and presentations on anxiety, depression and nutrition.
