All three girls are part of the choral program at Jefferson Middle School and prepared taped auditions for the ensembles in January. After being chosen from students throughout the state, they prepared the music with their teacher, Joan Lucas, and attended a rehearsal in Scotch Plains on April 30.

The final Festival Day and concert were held on Saturday, May 7, at J. P. Case Middle School in Flemington.
