Lisa Feury's Trustworthy Dog Care has been walking canines in Oak Ridge neighborhood for seven years.
Starting one's own business, especially during trying economic times, is anything but easy. For many proprietors, risks are high, rewards seemingly few. Still, many men and women take on the challenge, and with persistence, some achieve longstanding success.
One of those brave souls is Jefferson resident Lisa Feury, who turned her love of dogs into her very own home-based business. Seven years later, Trustworthy Dog Care still stands, providing a valuable service to the people of the Oak Ridge neighborhood and beyond.

I love dogs and love to walk and hike, and I got tired of working in retail.

Daily dog walks for owners who work long days. [I also cover] day trips, illness and pet sitting for vacations and weekend trips.

We're an owner-operated business.

I am reliable, trustworthy and I am flexible with the time and days you need.

Dog walking. A lot of dog owners are concerned about leaving their best friends home alone all day.

We're celebrating seven years in business and growing!

There was a need for a dependable dog walking service to give dog owners an option other than boarding, which not all dogs do well with.
