Hall, Kristofferson Propel Falcons

Jefferson girls dominate Spotswood.

Drew Hall’s game-high 21 points fueled the Jefferson boys basketball team past Parsippany Hills, 59-45, in the first round of the Morris Knolls Holiday Tournament in Rockaway on Tuesday.

Jefferson jumped out to an early lead, paced by Hall and Jon Kristofferson (13 points), but Par Hills fought back in the second quarter and headed into halftime trailing 26-21.

But an 18-10 run by Jefferson in the third quarter squashed any hopes of a comeback for Par Hills, as the Falcons cruised to their third win of the season.
