While the Lady Falcons kept Ramapo close for three quarters, they couldn't make up for a 12-point deficit after the first quarter. Jefferson fell to Ramapo 54-40, thus ending the team's state tournament run.

Sammy Lapszynski led the Falcon scoring effort with 14.
