A friendly staff greets you at this full-service restaurant. Frank's Pizza & Restaurant has an extensive menu, including, of course, many combinations of pizzas. There are plenty of tables and booths in a nicely decorated environment. Frank's Pizza is located in a shopping center behind the Valley National Bank. Great pizza and friendly service. Contrary to the previous post I have been paying by credit card every Friday for the last 10 years and haven't had one problem. The guys cooking the pizza are as friendly as they come and yes the owner is always there with a smile on his face!!
Have also used them to cater a few parties and the food as expected was excellent.
Frank's Pizza is one of the worst Italian restaurants I've ever been to! I recently ordered from there, a simple order: pasta vodka with angel hair pasta. When I received my order, it was vodka sauce with pienne noodles. I called back to complain, and the owner was very rude and unprofessional. Turns out if you pay with a credit card, according to the owner, you are slowing down business and I was told that if I order there in the future I needed to pay in cash so this does not happen again. I then stated I will bring this order back and will be wanting my money back, the owner stated he did not want me coming back again. So, if you make an order via phone and you're paying with a credit card, be prepared to have the wrong order. Plus, the owner will act like a child and tell you not to come back.
I orrdered a heart shape pizza for Valentines day. The pizza was ice cold.
