Big Win for Cheerleaders

State tournament is next up for the team.

Indescribable. The best feeling in the world. Unbelievable.

“These girls worked very well together. They were truly team players,” said coach Melissa Geaney.

“It’s been a long road to get here,” Geaney said. “We’ve been working since July, and we had some injuries and setbacks, but we made it.”

The girls practice together at least six hours a week. Part of that time is spent taking gymnastics classes together.
